A national mobile phone distribution company approached Stratford Consulting to design and develop an e-commerce website. The project included a comprehensive bespoke interactive form which is fully integrated with a large customer database and a Post Code lookup system for an easy user experience. Security on an e-commerce site is paramount. We integrated a bank validation section into the form to ensure the website was safe and to validate the customers information. The online shop itself is built on a content managed system which allows products to be added and edited quickly and easily. To enhance the user experience and customer service while dwelling on the website we integrated the Live Chat functionality, providing a dynamic and rich website.
